During my school days, I used to take breaks admiring the sunset and the sound of water near this bridge. Walking around the streets of New York is one of the most satisfying experiences. I couldn't complete this collection without including a photograph from my Astoria neighborhood, one of the most diverse places in the world.

I captured this image during my early days of photography. At that time, I didn't know much. I was on the roof of my building, reading "Never Split the Difference," when I noticed the colorful sunset. I quickly ran down the stairs for my camera and managed to capture it just in time.
